Kalki Koechlin Suffers Medical Emergency

Kalki Koechlin had a medical emergency late night on September 28 in Chennai. The actress was rushed to the hospital soon after that, around 9 pm. Reportedly, the Dev.D star has been dealing with an ear infection, which worsened suddenly last night.

Anurag Kashyap’s estranged wife Kalki Koechlin expressed her gratitude towards the hospital and doctors through Twitter. She wrote, “Oh my god thank you Dr Thirunavukkarsu for treating me in the late hours at such short notice”. Soon after that her friends panicked and asked her about her health. To which, she replied, “ear infection ma, just a bit of puss, a bit of blood you know, regular devastating mind blowing pain, kind of stuff”.

The Shaitan actress is in Chennai reportedly for AbilityFest2015. Meanwhile, her directorial debut The Living Room, is all set to be staged at Jairangam Festival in Jaipur on October 8. It will also be played in Delhi and Gurgaon on October 10 and 11 respectively.
