Kapil Sharma Set To Return On Small Screen And Shah Rukh Might Be His First Guest

Stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma’s hit show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ went off air last month. The show was pulled off air because of some problems with channel Colors. It was being said that he demanded more money and violated few terms of his contract. People won’t have to wait much for his return, Kapil is set to return on television.

According to reports, the Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon actor will be returning to the small screen with his new show on Sony Entertainment Television in March. Speculations are rife that Shah Rukh Khan will be first celebrity guest on his show. He will be on the show for the promotion of his upcoming film ‘Fan’.

The problem he faces with the show is that he can’t retain the same characters of his previous show. Reportedly, he wants to retain Dadi, Gutthi, Palak and the other popular characters on his new show as well. But Colors owns the right of the characters as well as the show. But the good thing is many celebs have come in support and have shot for the promo of the show. Kareena Kapoor, Virat Kohli, Saina Nehwal and Arjun Kapoor are some of the stars who will be seen in the promo.
