The Kapil Sharma Show Premiering April 23

Comedian Kapil Sharma will be returning with his new show which has been simply titled The Kapil Sharma Show and will be aired on April 23 on Sony Channel at 9 pm. He will bring back the crew from his previous show. The comedian-actor and his group were present at the launch event along with Navjot Singh Sidhu where they also revealed the logo for the show.

Kapil’s team will include Kiku Sharda, Sunil Grover, Sumona Chakravarty, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar, along with Sidhu Paaji. Suresh Menon, Rajiv Thakur and Paresh Ganatra will be walk-in guests. Kapil previously hosted Comedy Nights with Kapil which was taken off the air because of some incompatibility between the show runners and Kapil.

Comedy Nights made for itself, a prominent place in the hearts of the audience. Now, fans have similar expectations from the new show. On the other hand, Comedy Nights LIVE, the show that came in as a replacement for Kapil’s old show will now face off against The Kapil Sharma Show for the TRP.
