Karan Johar Fires Back At Kangana Ranaut’s Nepotism Accusation On KWK Season 5 Grand Finale!

Mr Johar and Miss Ranaut have still not ended their war, and it looks like, neither of them is ready to pull back. The Queen of Bollywood was quite a firecracker when she accused KJo of being a “flag bearer of nepotism” in Bollywood, the filmmaker fired back and said that she was playing a victim card like always. Then Kangana explicitly took a dig at Karan by saying that she used the 'badass card' and that Karan was no one to ask her to leave the industry.

After the Koffee Awards of the fifth season were announced last night, Karan Johar shrewdly took a jab at Kangana. Though he did not mention her name, but obviously he targeted Kangana. While concluding Koffee with Karan season 5 grand finale, he said. “Even the students (Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra) didn’t score (in this case he meant win any Koffee award), so how does that make me nepotistic? Alia went home with nothing, Sidharth didn’t get an award. Varun won one. So hello, I am fair.”

Let’s see how Kangana reacts to this light-hearted dig. Nevertheless, talking about the grand finale, Karan Johar introduced the Koffee Awards, for which an extraordinary panel of adjudicators consisting of Neha Dhupia, Malaika Arora, Ayan Mukerji and Rohan Joshi had to decide the winners for the best dressed, best performances, best debut and a few other categories of this season. Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan were among the celebrities who bagged top awards.
