Kareena Kapoor Khan, if you ask a millennial, is goals. The actor lives her life out in public, poses for magazine covers when pregnant (when other female stars prefer to stay away from media glare), poses with her adorable son Taimur every now and then – who is now as big a paparazzi magnet as her – and is a fitness inspiration. Oh, and she looks fabulous whether she walks the ramp in a gown or a desi avatar.

It was the turn of the former as Kareena walked the ramp for designer Vikram Phadnis in Doha, Qatar on Wednesday. The actor, who will be seen playing a bride in her film, Veere Di Wedding , channelled all the coyness you associate with the traditional Indian bride in the pictures that emerged online.

Recently, Kareena’s husband, actor Saif Ali Khan , warned off media from calling the film her comeback vehicle. “Had you asked this question to her, she would have probably thrown something at you, like a shoe, maybe. As according to her, she has always been around,” PTI reported. Kareena was cast in Veere Di Wedding before she announced her pregnancy and the producer, Rhea Kapoor , decided to delay the film’s shoot for the actor.

In November, Kareena had participated in Manish Malhotra ’s fashion show in Nairobi where she walked the ramp in a nude lehenga which was all about the modern bride.

After giving birth to Taimur in December 2016, Kareena -- other than being the showstopper for India’s biggest designers -- prepped for the film which is all set to release in May 2018.
