Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan to appear altogether for the first time

A film on nutrition, titled The Indian Food Wisdom And The Art of Eating Right, has brought a golden opportunity for the entire nation. Actors Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan will be appearing together for the first time ever in the film.

The film has been directed by Mumbai-based celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. Diwekar said in a statement, "I am super excited that Kareena, Karisma and Saif are all part of the film. It's a casting coup of sorts.” She added further, "What is more important is that we are sharing our common belief that eating right, eating local, seasonal, fresh and tasty food is integral to looking good, feeling light and happy. And like Saif often says - happy people are most attractive, not skinny.” The film will also have Richa Chadda and Anupam Kher.
