Katrina Kaif tops the ‘50 Sexiest Asian Women List 2013’ title for fourth consecutive year

Bollywood’s Barbie doll Katrina Kaif has again made it to stand ahead in the ‘50 Sexiest Asian Women List 2013’ title for the fourth successive time. The actress beat many top actresses Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra and many more who were enrolled for the list. Katrina commented getting this news, "I didn't know it was a record! That's a nice surprise and a lot of fun to hear. I like it because Eastern Eye newspaper is the one my sisters see because they live in London. It's lovely, but also people are reacting to what they see.”

She further stated, "Obviously if everyone were to see me when I wake up in the morning or in my track pants and then vote for me, then maybe I would be a little bit more believing of it myself. But of course it's very flattering." The 30-year-old was not seen on silver screen since long but now this announcement must have empowered her. Her upcoming flick Dhoom 3 is releasing on December 20 and is eagerly awaited. Many film and television stars were new and surprise entries in this list.

The judging panel’s chairman and showbiz magazines’ editor Asjad Nazir remarked that the race was close. Shraddha Kapoor of Aashiqui 2 secured 12th position while Priyanka Chopra and Madhubala star Drashti Dhami grabbed 2nd and 3rd place respectively. Deepika stood fourth. Few others include Sonam Kapoor (5), Parineeti Chopra (14), Sophie Choudry (21), Mehreen Syed (22), Sunidhi Chauhan (28), Ankita Lokhande (29), Hina Khan (31) and Shreya Ghoshal (43).
