Khudi Ko... an attempt to bring change in Indias socio-political scenario: Sukhwinder

New Delhi -- Chahiyya Chahiyya singer Sukhwinder Singh says his latest release as an actor Khudi Ko Kar Buland Itna is a socially relevant film with which the common man can relate themselves easily. The film was first released in 2010 under the title of Kuchh Kariye but it failed at the box office, now the director-producer Jagbir Dahiya has re-released the film after some changes as Khudi Ko . "It is a socially relevant film and the common man can relate to it. My role is that of a flirtatious, young man who achieves fame through singing. He is idealistic and wants to bring a change in the socio-political scenario in the country," Sukhwinder said. However, the 40-year-old singer-actor has no plans to leave singing for acting and he has planned to do both just like he has done in the current film. "I don't mind being associated with films as long as it is offered to me by beautiful minded people. The rest I can handle," he said.
