    Kunal Khemu Roped In To Play 'Indra' In 'Hanuman Da Damdaar’

    Actor Kunal Khemu has revealed the poster of his animated look ‘Indra’ in the movie 'Hanuman Da Damdaar’ which is written and directed by Ruchi Narain.  The movie which is second in the Hanuman franchise will be turning mythology into literature so that the kids today can understand and appreciate it. The trailer of the movie will release on April 18, 2017.

    "Joining the Sena 'Hanuman Da Damdaar' this summer!" tweeted the Bhaag Johnny actor. The poster shows his character donning the costume of the Hindu God with blue sky and clouds in the background. The film is being produced by R.A.T film productions and is scheduled to hit the theatres on May 19, 2017.

    Stars like Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon, Makrand Deshpande, Vinay Pathak and Chunky Panday have lent their voices to other characters in this animated movie. Talking about the movie, Raveena, who has lent her voice for Hanuman’s mother, said, “It’s a wonderful feeling when you get to play ‘Maatr’ (mother) to the cutest Hanuman, damdaar.” Salman Khan has lent his voice to the grown-up Hanuman but the movie focuses more on his younger version. “The film is all about young Hanuman’s journey into becoming who he was meant to be, but at first he will be shown as any other kid which will make the kids relate a lot with him,” said a source.
