K.V. Vijayendra Prasad Planning Bollywood Directorial Debut With Akshay Kumar

Reports have suggested that K.V. Vijayendra Prasad, who is known for writing the script for ‘Bahubali’, is planning to make his Bollywood directorial debut. Vijayendra is keen on casting Akshay Kumar for the film and has apparently narrated him the script. The reports also state that the Baby actor liked and appreciated the script.

The script writer has previously helmed a few Telugu projects including ‘Rajanna’, ‘Sri Krishna’ and ‘Arthanghi’. He has written the script for several movies like ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘Eega’, ‘Mitrudu’ and ‘Magadheera’, to name a few. Vijayendra is also working on the script for Aryans vs Dravidians, a historical drama show on Star Plus.

Since Akshay is busy with the shooting of ‘Housefull 3’, not much progress has been made on the untitled project. It is expected that once the actor gets free from the Sajid Samji & Farhad Samji directorial, he will join Vijayendra for his directorial venture. ‘Housefull 3’ stars Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nargis Fakhri, and will be released on June 3.
