Legendary actor Pran hospitalised

Legendary actor Pran has been admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital. The 92-year-old had been complaining of weakness following which he was hospitalized. “He was admitted about four days ago after he complained of weakness,” said the actor’s wife, Shukla, while informing a daily about Pran’s hospitalisation.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Lilavati hospital, Dr Sudhir Dagaokar, has told PTI: "He was admitted to Lilavati hospital last Friday. He had come for a check-up which turned out to be a respiratory problem. He is doing fine and still in hospital. Nothing to worry.” Pran is known as one of the most iconic villains of Bollywood. He has acted in about 350 films in his career of more than 60 years.
