Movies Like ‘Haramkhor’ Keeps Nawazuddin Siddiqui Alive

Acclaimed actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui who is lauded for his impeccable performances says that movies like ‘Haramkhor’ keep him alive. The movie which was directed by Shlok Sharma was based on student-teacher romance. The actor stated that he neither sees any difference between a commercial and an art film nor it matters to him.

The Gangs of Wasseypur actor said in a press conference that “It is very important for me to keep the actor alive within me. It should not go away from you. Sometimes, when you have come with the connection with acting, it gets neglected among all the glamour and glitter. With films like ‘Haraamkhor’ I keep alive the actor within me.”

The 42-year-old further added that he is not concerned whether a movie is commercial or non-commercial. “It is a task which is given by the director and I have to do that”, the actor said. Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be next seen essaying the role of a cop in Shah Rukh Khan starrer, ‘Raees’.
