While men wish to play the character, women desire to be the character’s leading lady. So we are talking about the iconic spy character, James Bond, whose role not only Hollywood actors are keen to play but our desi heroes too wish to reprise. Actors playing action heroes often take inspiration from James Bond to perfect their role.

And the same has been done by Nawazuddin Siddiqui for his next 'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' in which he will play a suave sharpshooter. To bring perfection in his role, the Gangs of Wasseypur actor watched Bond movies. A source close to the unit tells that when the director Kushan Nandy narrated the script to the actor, he felt that his role was similar to James Bond and thus binged on Bond movies.

The poster of the movie has been released which shows the 42-year-old actor wearing a ganjee and lungi with a tucked gun in it. He carries water can in one hand, while on his shoulder he carries a transistor. About his role Nawaz adds, “In terms of the clothes and styling, my part doesn't have anything in common with him. Yet, I wanted to make it cool. I have tried imitating his gait, the way he holds his gun and scans an area from the corner of his eye. I felt referencing him would work for my character."
