Neena Gupta advises her daughter to ‘Just make the marriage work’

Madhu Mantena, the Ghajini producer, and Masaba Gupta, the famous designer, married on Tuesday in a Mumbai court. Their affair started early this year and then the two decided to officially enter in the relation. Madhu Mantena is an entertainment entrepreneur who is involved in the production and distribution process through the Phantom Films. His upcoming project is Shandaar, featuring Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles.

The couple was later joined by Alia Bhatt, Shahid Kapoor, Vikas Bahl and close relatives. The couple was surprised looking at Madhu’s dad with his son’s cousins and friends, who came from Hyderabad. It was a heart-touching moment for Madhu, as he had not met them since quite time.

The well-known actress, Neena Gupta, had to take time to convince herself that she was attending her daughter’s wedding. “Madhu and Masaba were so confused about where to get married, kabhi it was Europe, kabhi the Carribean! Finally, I told them to get the relationship formalised in a court first. She only had one advice for her daughter, “Just make the marriage work”.
