Nikhil Advani to make Saif Ali Khan play a Lawyer

Eleven years back when Kal Ho Naa Ho released, nobody had thought it would give Saif Ali Khan a different stature altogether. With the turn of events taking place Nikhil Advani has roped in Saif yet again to play a lawyer in his next.

If all goes well, we’re soon going to see Chhote Nawab play an immoral and unscrupulous lawyer for the first time in his career. The script narrated by Advani was very much appreciated by Khan and he gave his consent to be on board. What’s good out of it is we’ll have Saif-Nikhil duo play out their same chemistry. Saif has never really played a character like this before. He’s reportedly going a play not so very ‘clean’ character. However the industry insiders always carry a very high regard for Saif and say he’s full of manners and deep knowledge. The film is still in its pre-production stage and dates for the same haven’t been locked yet.

T-Series will again produce this Advani venture after they worked together in Akshay Kumar’s Patiala House. Nikhil has not really been able to carry the same profile he made after KHNH delivering a series of flops though his last movie D-Day was pretty much appreciated. As for Saif, he’s busy promoting his forthcoming film Humshakals.
