Parineeti Chopra on her role in Hasee Toh Phasee: I play a scientist who is actually a little mad

Parineeti Chopra and Sidharth Malhotra’s upcoming rom-com Hasee Toh Phasee will have the Shuddh Desi Romance girl as a "mad scientist" and as told by the actress herself, it’s something which she has never done before onscreen.

While launching the first look of the film, the 25-year-old actress said, "I wish I could tell you everything about my role. I play a scientist who is actually a little mad. It's something that I have never seen on screen.” As shown in the trailer Parineeti is looking different from her original looks and she also said that the film will definitely surprise the audience.

"We only show a teaser of the film in the trailer and I can assure you that you will be surprised to see the reason behind all the madness that you have seen in the promo," Parineeti added. She told further, "The film has much more than what we can show in the trailer. I can assure you that you will get a big surprise when you see the film.” Vinil Matthew-directed Hasee Toh Phasee is slated to hit the big screens on February 7.
