Parineeti Chopra To Portray Kesari In Akshay Kumar's Next ?

Latest reports reveal that actress Parineeti Chopra has been approached for playing the leading lady in Akshay Kumar ’s next film Kesari . If Parineeti gives a nod to the project then she will be seen portraying the character of Kesari. Earlier, it was reported that actress Katrina Kaif had been approached by the makers for the role.

Talking about Parineeti’s role in the film, a source in the know said, “Although the film is about the battle, Pari plays an important role. She will be seen as Akshay’s wife”. It had been reported earlier that the actress had accepted the offer and she really liked the script.

Moreover, she plays a strong character in the movie. The film is based on the Battle of Saragarhi. Further, the flick is said to go on floors next year and it is set to release in the year 2019. Parineeti is currently busy with Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar directed by Dibaker, which stars Arjun Kapoor in the lead role.
