Parineeti Chopra to take up singing as a profession in future

Mumbai Like her cousin, actress Priyanka Chopra, Parineeti has plans to become a professional singer in the future. The actress, who made her acting debut with Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl, told reporters here Thursday that shes a trained singer and would take it up seriously one day. I am a trained singer. My guruji's name is Nidhi Narag, she is my guruji in Ambala. I had learnt for almost six years. I have done BA (hons) in music, Parineeti said. I dont want to sing right now. I have just started acting. I think after five to six years, when I will feel I have got grip on acting and I dont need to practice anymore, I will sing, she added. Parineetis second film Ishaqzaade opposite Boney Kapoor's son Arjun is slated to hit theatres May 11.
