Parineeti Chopra: You will see a new side of me in Shuddh Desi Romance

Ishaqzaade’s desi girl Zoya Qureshi is extremely excited for the release of her upcoming movie Shuddh Desi Romance and narrates that she is playing a completely different person. The24-year-oldParineeti, who is known for performing versatile roles in her last two movies was supposed to be seen in a unique avatar this time and now she has confirmed this.

The actress made a statement while promoting her film in a college on Wednesday, "I am a very sensible and sorted human being, probably more sorted than the other two (characters - played by Sushant Singh Rajput and Vaani Kapoor) with me. Very quiet, so you will see a new side of me." She also disclosed that her cousin Priyanka Chopra is also impressed with her work, "Yes, my sister watched it (promos) and she really loved it. She is waiting for me to have a trial and we have also not seen the film yet. So, she is totally supportive."

Shuddh Desi Romance releasing September 6, is a romantic comedy by director Maneesh Sharma. Aditya Chopra is producing this venture with lead actors Sushant Singh playing Raghu, Parineeti portraying Gayatri and a newcomer Vaani Kapoor depicting Tara. The movie will also star Rishi Kapoor and Tarun Vyas in supporting roles. The film has released almost all its tracks and the songs are hitting top spot on charts.
