Pooja Misrra Sues Sunny Leone For Rs. 100 Crore

Controversy's favourite Pooja Misrra is once again hogging limelight. The ex-Bigg Boss contestant has filed a defamation case against Sunny Leone in Bombay High Court. The model-video jockey has demanded Rs. 100 crore as compensation from the ‘Mastizaade’ actress.

Pooja has claimed that out of “malice and jealousy”, Sunny had given defamatory statements about her to a city newspaper. She asserted that Sunny has damaged her reputation, which made her suffer a great loss of Rs. 70 lakhs. The model who has appeared in an item number in ‘Mera Dil Leke Dekho’ further said that she also had to break her fixed deposits for the same.

Pooja has urged the court that Sunny shall be charged with cases under IPC sections 500 (defamation) and 120(b) (conspiracy). When the matter was called out before the court, Justice Naresh Patil from the division bench said, “Adjourned...beyond vacation”. It has been reported that the petitioner had been absent.
