Prakash Raj To Make Bollywood Directorial Debut With Tadka

Prakash Raj, known for his work in south Indian cinema, will be making his Bollywood directorial debut with the film titled ‘Tadka’. It will be a remake of the Malayalam film ‘Salt N’ Pepper’, the Tamil, Telugu and Kannada versions of which were also directed by Prakash. He has also roped in Drishyam actress Shriya Saran for his upcoming film.

The movie will be shot in Goa for the most part. It tells the story of four different people who come together through their love for food. The director has revealed that the movie will go on floors by the end of this month. The cast will also include Nana Patekar and Taapsee Pannu.

Shriya was last seen in the Telugu film ‘Oopiri’ where she had a cameo appearance. Rumours were also rife that the actress will be present in Baahubali 2. Prakash, on the other hand, was last seen on-screen in ‘Thoonga Vanam’ which starred Kamal Haasan and Trisha Krishnan.
