Priyanka Chopra Feels Delighted to Shoot for Bajirao Mastani

With a bunch of various new releases coming up, one of them is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial Bajirao Mastani. Actor Priyanka Chopra, who is one of the lead actors of the movie, took to the micro-blogging site Twitter in order to generate her contentment of working in the film. The movie stars the Barfi actress as Kashibai, the first wife of Maratha Peshwa Bajirao played by Ranveer Singh. 

Chopra tweeted yesterday, “Shooting for #BajiraoMastani is a pleasure.Doing an incredibly heartbreaking song these days.Drama at its best with @RanveerOfficial n #SLB”. Bajirao Mastani is a period romance film which also features actress Deepika Padukone in the lead as Mastani, a warrior queen. 

PeeCee previously teamed up with Bhansali for the movie Mary Kom and was featured in an item number in his directorial Ram-Leela which again had Ranveer and Deepika in the lead. The Aitraaz star was last seen in Zoya Akhtar’s family-drama Dil Dhadakne Do. Bajirao Mastani is period saga which depicts the love story of Peshwa Bajirao with his second wife Mastani.
