According to latest reports, she has decided to step her foot into the world of acting with a Marathi film - Ventilator. One National Film Award is already glowing at Priyanka Chopra’s home, and now it looks like Chopra Senior is on a mission to achieve another.

Ventilator will be Priyanka’s debut Marathi production and reports suggest that Dr. Madhu will sport a role of the Mary Kom actress’s mother in the film. A source close to the development said, “Ventilator is Priyanka’s first Marathi film as a producer. Seeing the popularity Marathi films have enjoyed in the recent past, she wishes to leave no stone unturned to make Ventilator a hit”.

The source also added that in the movie’s opening sequence, Priyanka will be seen playing herself and she will be sharing screen space with her mother in the same. “The opening sequence, which is a couple of minutes long, will have Priyanka playing herself. Madhuji will be seen as her mom”, said the source. Well, it will be interesting to watch the mother-daughter jodi playing themselves on the screen.
