Purab Kohli To Become Father Soon, Hence Postpones Marriage

Purab Kohli, who has been busy with the shoot of Rock On 2, has taken some time off the project in order to be there with his fiancé, Lucy Payton, who is expecting the couple’s first child, apparently a baby girl. The baby is reportedly due on December 13. Lucy is London-based Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher.

While in a conversation with DNA, Purab revealed, “It was a happy surprise when Lucy told me over the phone that she was pregnant. I was like ‘Wow’! Our baby is due on December 13. We are fully prepared for the baby. In fact, we had been longing to have a baby for a long time. The producers of Rock On 2 have been kind enough to finish one schedule and let me go to London in time for my baby’s birth”.

When asked about his plans of wedding, “By next year, when she  -— yes, it’s a girl — is old enough to attend our marriage. Lucy and I are engaged and we were already talking about having a baby once we get married. Then she got pregnant and we decided to have the baby. I think no woman would like to attend their own wedding with a big stomach so that’s why the marriage has been planned for next year. We are both a serious about our relationship and want to be together but we both have been working on a tight schedule”.
