R Madhavan To Talk About Women’s Empowerment Internationally

Some celebrities believe that their roles need not be limited to merely essaying characters on the big screen. They feel they can be instrumental in bringing about social change and creating awareness about issues through varied means — be it seminars, campaigns or social media. R Madhavan will be doing the same when he goes on stage to talk about women’s empowerment as part of the Women’s Wellness Seminar. The event will be held in Singapore on March 26.

We are told that the Saala Khadoos actor will be the only Bollywood personality at the seminar, which will see the attendance of 250 women who are social activists, entrepreneurs, fitness enthusiasts, etc. “Madhavan will be flying to Singapore on March 20 to fulfil some prior commitments, and will speak at the event on March 26,” says a source close to the actor.

Madhavan adds, “I am looking forward to meeting and speaking to these dynamic ladies, and learning more about their stupendous success stories.”
