Raftaar’s ‘Aadat' For Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Pratt

Talented rapper-singer Raftaar has been a rising a star of music industry for past couple of years now, but the 28-year-old star had a real jump with Dangal. Giving a strong inspiring number with Dhaakad, he is flooded with new offers. However, one offer he couldn’t refuse was to sing for Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt.

Yes, you heard it right! Raftaar has sung a song, titled Aadat for actors’ latest flick Passengers, set for January 6 release. Talking about his new assignment, the singer said, “When I got a chance to do something with these guys, I just had to do it.” He went on, “The song is about two people in an aircraft, which is going 120 years ahead. They are finding a new earth for themselves.”

With Raftaar, Aadat is sung by Jubin Nautiyal and Shirley Setia. It’s been written by Sukumar Dutta. The Passengers will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu in the country, with the song Aadat already topping the charts.
