    Rajesh Khanna's last film Riyasat to hit theaters on July 18

    All roadblocks have been removed and finally it’s time to releaseRiyasat, the last film by late superstar Rajesh Khanna. The words of confirmation have come from the mouth of the director Ashok Tyagi himself and the movie is slated to release on the legendary actor’s first death anniversary, July 18.

    Tyagi stated, "Finally, the film will release on Kakaji's first death anniversary on July 18th. We missed his birthday (Dec 29). We faced our own hardships and hiccups and we have overcome those. July 18th is a Thursday, so we will have the premiere on that date.” The film was originally supposed to release on his birthday but the distributors’ unwillingness led to the delay.

    Tyagi added more, "Now all off a sudden things have changed. I think, it is Kakaji up there who has done some miracle. Now there are people who are ready to put in crores for the film. Now the film will release under all circumstances.” Rajesh Khanna, who is mostly known for his superhit blockbusters likeAradhana,Kati Patang,Anand,Amar PremandAan Milo Sajna, starred with Gauri Kulkarni, Aryan Vaid, Aryeman Ramsay and Raza Murad inRiyasat. The first superstar of Hindi cinema died last year after a prolonged illness.
