Rajesh Mapuskar’s next to be a musical film

Rajesh Mapuskar, whosedebutfilm as adirector wasFerrai Ki Sawaari,a sports-comedy film,has decided to hit the screens second time with a musical film.

The director revealed to PTI that"I am writing the script of my next film. It will be a musical. I will make it in a way that it has feel of the olden as well modern times. I can't reveal too much as we are still in the process of scripting." "I love music. I felt something could be done in that space," and "I am hoping to start working this year," he further added.

As an assistant director, Mapuskar, has also been part of famous movies likeLage Raho Munnabhaiand3 Idiots. When asked about the star cast for his musical flick, the director said "As of now there is no one that I am thinking of. Once I am done with the script, I would see who would be the perfect choice and then start approaching actors." But he confirmed the news of Vidhu Vinod Chopra producing his musical flick.
