Rajkumar Santoshi files police complaint against producer Firoz Nadiadwala over life-threatening charges

A report has been filed at Juhu Police Station by director-producer Rajkumar Santoshi alleging producer Firoz Nadiadwala has threatened him with life. His report claims that Nadiadwala first came to his residence with the motive of killing him and when he found out that Santoshi was not present at that moment, he started calling him.

Thereafter the director made it to the police station late on Thursday night. He complained that he has been threatened by Firoz for money since quite some time now. And when the death threats and terrorisation finally happened he was compelled to file the police complaint. Though no further revelations have been made yet, Firoz has been booked under sections 452 and 506 under the Indian Penal Code. Police investigation has also begun.

Firoz Nadiadwala, brother of Sajid Nadiadwala and a recognized producer in Bollywood, is the name behind films like Hera Pheri and Aarakshan. On the other hand, Santoshi’s upcoming movie Phata Poster Nikla Hero starring Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D`Cruz, is set to get released very soon. The Filmfare Award winning director has offered movies like Damini, Ghatak, Pukar, Khakhee, Ajab Prem ki Gajab Kahani and many more over the past two decades.
