Ram Charan hasn't become a father, rumours baseless: Sources

On Monday, a section of media reported that actor Ram Charan is all set to become a father and his fans broke into celebratory mood. However, when HT decided to confirm the news, sources close to the Magadheera actor denied the reports and said that the rumours are being circulated without even being verified in the first place.

Ram Charan is married to Upasana, granddaughter of Prathap Reddy, the executive chairman of Apollo Hospitals. The source added that Ram is fully committed to his career now and said that he will decide when he wants to have a family. Basking in the success of Dhruva and Khaidi No 150, which he had produced, he is currently gearing up for the shoot of director Sukumar’s rural romance.

In this new project, which will see him join hands with Samantha Ruth Prabhu for the first time, he will be seen in a full-length rural avatar.
