Ranbirs Rockstar bags maximum nominations for GIMA awards

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Rockstar has entered the 3rd Global Indian Music Academy (GIMA) awards with eleven nominations. Music director AR Rahman has also been nominated for seven awards including Best Music Arranger and Programmer, Best Background Score, 2 nominations for Best Playback Singer Male along with Javed Ali and Mohit Chauhan, Best Music Director, Best Film Song and Best Film Album. Competing with these, major 2012 blockbuster movies have also been nominated in this category.
