Ranveer Singh To Romance Alia Bhatt In Zoya Akhtar’s Next?

Reports of Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan romancing handsome hunk Ranveer Singh in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy just surfaced a day ago. However, it seems like Zoya’s hunt for her leading lady has ended up on Alia Bhatt and not Sara. If things fall in its right place, Ranveer will be seen romancing Alia in the Dil Dhadakne Do director’s upcoming musical.

The actors were in talk with the makers since March this year and if latest reports are to be trusted, both Alia and the lady-charmer have already signed for the flick. The movie will start its shooting schedules from next year. Reports further added that Zoya’s upcoming directorial venture will be based on Mumbai rappers.

Alia and Ranveer have earlier shared space for an ad. However, this will be their first movie together. On a related note, Ranveer will be next seen in Befikre opposite Vaani Kapoor which is slated for release on December 9, whereas, Alia’s Dear Zindagi opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan will release on November 23.
