Re-release of Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro is a historic moment for me, says Kundan Shah

Filmmaker Kundan Shah says he’s glad that his cult black comedyJaane Bhi Do Yaarois re-releasing after 30 years. "I am so glad that the film is re-releasing. We made the film on such a small budget and the film did so well. It's a great feeling," Shah told IANS.

"The film had no songs, no item numbers, heroine had a negative role and despite that it connected well with the audience. For me, re-release ofJaane Bhi Do Yaarois a historic moment. It's a big achievement. It's been 30 years the film was made and now the film is re-releasing." The black comedy will hit theatres November 2.
