Release date of Krrish 3 announced officially

An official confirmation has come on the date when Hrithik Roshan’s much-awaited Krrish 3 will hit the big screens. It’s November 4, a day after Diwali this year, as validated by the director himself Rakesh Roshan.

Producer-director Rakesh Roshan confirmed, "Krrish 3 will finally release on November 4, that is Monday.” Earlier it was said that on the day of Diwali, which is Sunday, Krrish 3 would be released. But the idea had to undergo a revision as a source clarified, "The Diwali day, that is November 3, had been locked in for the release. But then distributors and exhibitors felt people like to stay home on Diwali night for Laxmi Puja. It was felt November 4, that is the day after Diwali, would be far more favourable as a release date for Krrish 3.”

Apart from the leading actors Hrithik and Priyanka Chopra, the superhero flick will also star Kangna Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi in other pivotal roles. As the latest reports have arrived, Kangna will don a superwoman avatar in the film for the first time in her life. The actress told reporters at an event, "My look in 'Krrish 3' is going to floor all men. It's alien cum superwoman cum Tomb Raider cum cat-woman sort of a character. It was a very challenging film as it had lot of action sequences. They were choreographed by an action director from China.” Meanwhile the online promotion of the film has been initiated by Hungama Digital Media on Facebook and it has been announced that the first look of the film with the motion poster will be launched by Hrithik on June 27 at 3 p.m. via a video chat on the social networking site.
