Richa Chadha Joins Sarabjit Cast

Main Aur Charles actress Richa Chadha has been roped in for the film Sarabjit that will be directed by Omung Kumar. The actress is known for her roles in movies like Fukrey, Tamanchey and Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. She is currently anticipating the release of her latest film Main Aur Charles.

In a statement the, actress revealed, “Yes, they have approached me for a role and I will be doing it. However, at this point of time legalities and paper work is being done and I can't comment anything more”. She talked about the role she was brought on for saying, “But yes, it's true I am offered the role to play Randeep's wife and I will sign on the dotted lines soon. Its an interesting role and cant wait to talk more on the same”.

Randeep Hooda will play the role of Sarabjit. The biopic will tell the story of the Sarabjit Singh who was branded a spy lurking in Pakistan, by a Pakistani court and lost his life in a Pakistani prison. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will also be present in the film, playing the role of Sarabjit’s sister.
