    Go Goa Gone which starred Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu and Vir Das released in 2013. The movie revolved around a group of friends who had an unfortunate encounter with zombies while partying in Goa. Though the movie met with a lukewarm response but its dialogue were appreciated by audience.  

    After the movie released, Saif Ali Khan had revealed of making its sequel but said he will not make without his ex-production partner Dinesh Vijan. Dinesh and Saif founded Illuminati Films but then parted ways three years ago. In 2014 Dinesh founded his own production house under the name Maddock Films.

    Go Goa Gone was the last project in which both the stars worked together. Dinesh quoted personal growth as the reason of parting ways from Saif Ali Khan. Later, Dinesh put an end to all the rumours of a rift between him and Saif and said that they would collaborate in the future.

    "It ended amicably. We met at work and became good friends. Our friendship has always gone beyond work and we have shared a great bond. He has been instrumental in my growth," Vijan said. The sequel of Go Goa Gone will be produced under Illuminati Films. The makers are currently working on the script.
