Saif won’t work with SRK again!!

If you’re probably wondering there’s anything gone wrong between the two Khans, then you might just be off beam. We’re not talking about star tussle but career choices. Actor Saif Ali Khan who has probably grown as an actor through supporting roles and second lead doesn’t want to work behind anyone anymore. The characters that Saif has played in Dil Chahta Hai and Kal Ho Na Ho are perhaps the ones taking him where he is right now, but the actor has made up his mind not to play a second fiddle to an Aamir or a SRK.

Saif recently revealed that he would willingly take a lead in his own production than play a sidelined role in a Shahrukh’s film. Accepting Shahrukh as a bigger star, Saif says he would obviously be offered a side role if King Khan is playing the lead. Talking about it, the Nawab said, “To collaborate with Shah Rukh Khan would mean playing a small role in a big film which stars him in the lead space. Atleast usually it would mean that. I would rather play a main role in an Illuminati film. I don’t think I would get a role like Kal Ho Naa Ho again. That was almost my movie. And hence, working with SRK won’t happen. Actors want to play main role. It took me a lot of work to come out of playing second lead, so I don’t want to go back to it.”

While Saif’s Jodi with SRK has widely been loved right from hosting award shows and working together, there’s a thin chance we’re going to see them act together again, at least in movies. Most of Saif’s recent films have been solo or the ones having him in the lead. His forthcoming Happy Ending also features him play the main lead opposite Ileana D’Cruz. The film releases November 21^st.
