Saina Nehwal Chooses Deepika Padukone For Her Biopic

From Sanjay Dutt to PM Narendra Modi, several biographical films are being made, reflecting that the trend of biopics has gripped Bollywood. After Sania Mirza expressed that she has Parineeti Chopra in mind for her biopic, badminton player Saina Nehwal has also revealed her choice. Ace shuttler said that Deepika Padukone would fit best in her role as she is also a “good” badminton player.

“Her father has been a badminton player and I have seen her playing badminton. She used to play really good. She can do justice to the role and I really wish she can do the role”, Sania told NDTV.

To this, Deepika responded by saying, “We have played together many a times and she was always way better than me. I think we had fun times together. Anything for the love of sport and especially for badminton”.
