As the date of Salman Khan’s hearing for the hit-and-run case is approaching, father Salim Khan is getting nervous. He expressed his anxiety and shared moments, which his family had to face while Salman was in jail. While in an interview with Hindustan Times, he also questioned “Why is his accident case referred to as the hit-and-run case?”

He told Hindustan Times, “We have always respected the law. Why is his accident case referred to as the hit-and-run case? He had not gone missing after the accident. He had given his statement, and undergone the alcohol test after coming home. Why should anybody pronounce him guilty before the case concludes?”.

He also shared a moment from the time when the Kick actor was in jail. He said, “Naturally, I am very stressed. When he spent 18 days in jail, I felt guilty about even switching on the AC or eating food. When we went to meet him in jail, he told my wife that she shouldn’t get me to the jail when she comes next”.
