Salman Khan Denies Rumors Of Starring In ‘Judwaa 2’

Gossips mills had churned out rumours of Salman Khan starring in ‘Judwaa 2’ when a leading daily quoted a source as saying, “Salman will appear as both Raja and Prem, his twin characters from the film who have aged by 20 years. His judwaaa will come face-to-face with Varun's double role, possibly bantering in the climax scene”. However, the Kick actor recently junked the rumours, revealing that he was never approached for the flick.

The upcoming David Dhawan directorial will star Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. According to a report in Pinkvilla, Salman has said, “No, I have not been approached for Judwaa 2 yet”. On being asked whether he was approached to dance in the songs ‘Tan Tana Tan’ and ‘Oonchi Hai Building’, the actor stated, “No, I don't know anything about it”.

Well, that’s how Salman just dashed the hopes of his fans. On a related note, the actor is currently occupied with the promotions of ‘Tubelight’. The Kabir Khan directorial will hit theatres on June 23.
