    Salman Khan Roped In For A.R. Murugadoss’ Upcoming?

    When south director A.R. Murugadoss tweeted a picture of him with Salman Khan, engrossed in a conversation, in November last year, rumour mills started churning that the duo is teaming up for the remake of blockbuster Tamil film Kaththi. As per the latest reports, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star has now given his nod of consent for the action-drama film. However, an official announcement is awaiting.

    Mid-Day quoted a source as saying, “In their last meeting, Murugadoss had briefed Salman about his project. And although Salman liked the concept, he didn’t commit himself to it in view of his court cases. But now, the actor has given a go-ahead to the project, which is likely to be produced by his brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri”.

    A.R. Murugadoss has given several blockbusters in South Indian cinema and has worked with popular stars such as Ajith, Vijay, Suriya, Chiranjeevi and Vijaykanth. The director is currently busy shooting for Sonakshi Sinha starrer Akira. The ace filmmaker has previously remade 2 Tamil films in Hindi, which are Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini and Akshay Kumar starrer Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty.
