Salman Khan To Do A Sanjay Leela Bhansali Film

The piece of news might be a pleasant surprise for all the Salman Khan fans and people who love Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s work. Almost after a decade, the duo is all set to reunite onscreen for a flick. While we know that Bhansali is famous for his magnum opus and period dramas, Khan confirmed that his film with Bhansali will not be a period film.

The news was confirmed by the Dabangg star himself. He said, Salman confirms, “We’ve been discussing a script. If it does happen, it’ll happen only after I finish all the films that I’ve taken up. Sanjay will give me a narration once he finishes Padmavati”. Salman’s dates have been locked for the next two years and his film with Bhansali will start rolling once he is done with his prior commitments. Seems like, fans will have to wait for a couple of years to see him in Bhansali’s film.

While Salman is busy with promotions of Tubelight, Bhansali is occupied with Padmavati that stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles. Padmavati is expected to hit the theatres on November 17 this year. On a related note, Khan and Bhansali earlier worked together a decade ago in Saawariya.
