Salman Khan to star in Karan Johar’s next production?

It was heard since a long time that Salman Khan looks like “a big ticket” to Karan Johar and finally the buzz has come true. If we are to believe the latest news, Salman Khan is the chosen one for the lead role in Karan Johar’s next production venture which will be directed by Rohit Shetty.

Karan, who steered in Salman in his directorial debutKuch Kuch Hota Hai, said about the profitable image of the actor, "Salman's star power goes beyond his films. People go to see a film just because it has Salman Khan. He is more than just a superstar.” The filmmaker KJo who also shares a warm bonding with Shah Rukh Khan, added more on Salman, "My debut film had him. I have offered many films to him... It would be a dream for anyone to have him work for them. He is a big ticket.”

So far SRK had been the most preferable one to Karan while casting his lead roles but Salman who in recent times seem to be on top of the world with ongoing hits likeWanted, Ready, BodyguardandDabangg, has entered the director’s good books excelling over SRK.
