Salman Khan’s Mental to be renamed as Jai Ho?

Some kind of contemplation is going on behind the doors of Mental as Salman Khan and his team of advisors is thinking about a title change. If anything like that happens, Mental will be called Jai ho, as reported by a leading daily.

Earlier it was revealed that Salman was not quite pleased with the title Mental and had been looking for a different one because he thought that Mental is a weird title. A source said, “Salman is not very keen to continue with a quirky title like Mental as the film is being addressed as presently. Sohail Khan who is directing the film has been looking at various options and the crew has been suggesting different names. Recently, Salman informed Sohail that he is not keen to continue with Mental and wants a different title now.”

“It was never meant to be called ‘Mental’ and it was always a working title. Someone got the whiff of it and the media has ever since been reporting that. However Salman and Sohail were always clear that the film would be called something else,” the source added. Salman, who was recently injured on the sets of the film, will be seen opposite newbie Sana Khan of Bigg Boss fame and Daisy Shah in the film along with Tabu and Mukul Dev. The film is a remake of Southern superstar Chiranjeevi`s Stalin and it is expected to hit the cinemas on January 24, 2014.
