Sanjay Leela Bhansali To Chop Padmavati?

Sanjay Leela Bhansali always creates a stir among Bollywood frenzies with his movies. Whether it is Ram Leela, Bajirao Mastani and the upcoming Padmavati, people die of curiosity to watch his films. Ever since the trailer of Padmavati has been released, people’s inquisitiveness to watch the flick has increased more.

We all know that Sanjay is popular for creating opulent sets and breath-taking visuals. Apart from this, the filmmaker is also known for making long duration films. And like his all movies, the upcoming Padmavati too is around 210 minutes long. But, now the team is planning to shorten the film as they felt that it is too long. They have decided to chop some portions.

Considering the fact that there are three big actors, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor, in the flick, the makers want to chop the film in a way that it does not hurt the sentiments of actors. “Everyone knows how passionate he is about his film; he is not prejudiced towards any actors. His only passion is cinema and he will make the film according to how best the film can be. He cares for his actors, but he cares for the film much more,” says a trade source. Padmavati is slated to release on December 1, 2017.
