Sequel Of Madhuri Dixit-Aamir Khan’s ‘Dil’ To Go On Floors Soon

Many would agree that any Indian movie is incomplete either without a love story, a pinch of drama or some fight sequences. Well, superhit romantic flick ‘Dil’ had it all. Starring Madhuri Dixit, Aamir Khan, Anupam Kher and Saeed Jaffrey, the movie became one of the most favourite films of all time for people hit by cupid in that era. And for the newer generation, the movie’s director Indra Kumar seems to be all excited to serve the lovebirds of the 21st century with a sequel to the 1990 hit.

Recently, when the filmmaker was asked about his plans for the sequel, he said, "We will start rolling this year. I am excited about this project as 'Dil' has always been close to my heart. We are deciding on the star cast. Since it has been a successful film, I don't want to let people down. I want to make it special”.

“I want to make a romantic film, so it's (the sequel is) a conscious effort”, added the director. Just like many others, we are also eager to receive more information on the sequel. Indra’s upcoming adult horror comedy ‘Great Grand Masti’ is scheduled for release on July 22 this year.
