Shah Rukh Khan Signed Up For The Coldplay Concert Alongside Amir Khan And Others

People are going crazy as Chris Martin is finally coming to rock India. Coldplay’s craze in the country is as good as craze for death metal music in Norway. Ever since reports of the British band’s confirmation to perform in Mumbai started circulating a couple of months ago, it became a matter of life and death to somehow get the tickets. Even Bollywood celebrities, right from Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh among others, are deranged waiting for the rock band to play its best EDM remixes.

Some of them have already booked their tickets for the gala concert to be held at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) Grounds on November 19. And now, the latest Bollywood biggie to sign up for the Coldplay bandwagon is Shah Rukh Khan. Reports are also there that even cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and his wife are coming for the event that is being organized in association with the Global Citizen India. 

Meanwhile, Sachin, who is also the Global Citizen India ambassador, was quoted as saying "As a country India is united with the world in fighting open defecation and improper sanitation. Our efforts in sanitation play an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and also ensuring basic human dignity. I am pleased to lend my support to Global Citizen India in their efforts towards the sustainable development goals of water, sanitation and hygiene”.

With Coldplay coming to India, dreams of its die-hard fans of witnessing the rock band will soon come true. Well, this festival season can’t get better than this, can it?
