Here's Why Shah Rukh Will Stay Away From Cameos From Now On!

As we all know, Shah Rukh Khan made a cameo appearance in Salman Khan’s latest venture ‘Tubelight’. The movie received an average response from the audiences and so did Shah Rukh’s cameo. Now, King Khan has decided to never make a cameo appearance again.

Sources close to the actor have stated that this time, SRK has taken a firm decision to not be part of any film in a guest appearance. It should be noted that the actor has probably done the most number of cameo roles to support his colleagues. Another point of interest is that Shah Rukh had made the decision of not making guest appearance last year when he was asked for the same, for Nagesh Kukunoor’s ‘Dhanak’.

‘Tubelight’ recently crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark after almost a week in theatres. This was definitely not what the filmmakers had expected from the project. Another reason for the less than stellar performance at the box office was that they could not release the film in China, as the filmmakers were expecting.
