Shahid Kapoor Replaced By Vicky Kaushal In Padmavati?

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati is again in the news. This time it is its cast. Now, the news about the mega project is that Shahid Kapoor may be replaced by Vicky Kaushal. After showing his astonishing acting ability in Masaan and Raman Raghav 2.0., Kaushal is yet again ready to make the audience struck to the screens.

If reports are to be believed, the Massan actor was approached earlier also for the flick. The reason behind Shahid’s ouster from Padmavati is speculated to be the length of his role. He wanted his role to be a full-fledged one. Grapevine insists that Kaushal is in the process of negotiating details about the Bhansali directorial.

He rose to fame with his award-winning and critically acclaimed movie, Massan. As far as Padmavati is concerned, an official statement is yet to be made. Well, after watching Massan, we can surely say that the actor can bring life to the Padmavati character.
