Shahid Kapoor To Work With Imtiaz Ali Again

Latest reports reveal that actor Shahid Kapoor will soon be collaborating with his once upon a time director of his film Jab We Met Imtiaz Ali . The actor who was going through the turmoil of Padmavati controversies has geared up for his next. It has been heard that the duo will start working on the project soon after shahid wraps up Batti Gull Meter Chalu.

Shahid expressed his excitement for the project with Imtiaz and said, “We are going to do something soon together and I am really excited. I think Imtiaz is a phenomenally talented filmmaker. We made a film together towards the beginning of both our careers and its something people still talk about”. He also added that the film will be very different from that of his previous flicks. He said, “It is very exciting and interesting”.

Shahid further said that Jab We Met is very special and to work with the guy, who gave him the character Aditya Kashyap in the film will be amazing as Shahid has loved his work over the years. Further, Narayan Singh is directing the film 'Batti Gull Meter Chalu' and speculations are that Vaani Kapoor might play the female lead character in the film.
